Remote working – I have been able to work very effectively remotely for many years using photos, videos, drawings and brief descriptions. This often enables a swift resolution of queries and keeps costs down.

On initial contact I will let you know if my involvement is appropriate and suggest the best way to proceed with your enquiry, I may request further information. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely a site visit may be necessary, I am perfectly happy to travel anywhere in the U.K. should it be required.
